What is WorkNow?
WorkNow is an on-demand marketplace that connects people who need help with nearby Taskers who are ready to work. We focus on fast matching, in-app chat, and clear job details so everyone knows what to expect.
What you can do
- Get help four ways: Call Now (urgent), Post a Job, Hire a Pro, or Open Jobs—each fits different timing, skills, and how you want to hire.
- Track work in My Jobs, message in the job thread, and call when the app unlocks contact for your job.
- Want to earn on your terms? You can apply to become a Tasker—the next section explains how WorkNow supports independence and income.
Requesters & Taskers
Every job has someone asking for help and someone providing it.
Requester — If you post or book a task, you are the Requester: the person hiring help. Informal Thai chat sometimes says "รีเควส/รีไคว" for this side; it means the same. Some in-app status copy still says hirer (for example while we match a Tasker)—same role, engineering alias only.
Tasker — Taskers are the people who accept and complete paid work. They can be verified, rated, and shown trust signals so you know who you're hiring.

Complete a short application and verification, then step into Tasker mode to receive offers, choose jobs that fit your life, and build trust with Requesters over time.

Words you'll see
User = your account overall. By default you use the app as a Requester (hire/post help); switch to Tasker mode when you want to earn. Poster on a card or feed is the Requester who published that job.
