Delete Your WorkNow Account

This page explains how to delete your WorkNow account and personal data, including what is removed and what is kept.

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account at any time from inside the WorkNow app:

  1. Open the WorkNow app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Read the notice, then confirm the deletion.

Your personal data is erased immediately once you confirm. Before deleting, please complete or cancel any active job and settle any outstanding balance or commission owed. The app will ask you to resolve these first, so no in-progress work or payment is lost.

If you can't access the app

If you are unable to sign in, request account deletion by email from the address on your account. Include your registered name or phone number so we can verify and process your request. We action verified requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data, including:

To meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations, we keep a limited, anonymized record of completed jobs, payments, and reviews. These records no longer identify you. Your name is replaced with "Deleted user" and the personal data above is removed. Anonymized records may be kept for as long as required by law.
