WorkNow is an on-demand platform that connects users who need help with tasks ("Users") and individuals who are willing to perform those tasks ("Taskers"). The Service facilitates the connection between Users and Taskers but does not employ Taskers or provide the services directly.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You must be at least 16 years old to register as a User.
3.2. You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Tasker.
3.3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.5. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. Users must provide accurate task descriptions and requirements.
4.2. Users must treat Taskers with respect and professionalism.
4.3. Users are responsible for payment of agreed-upon fees.
4.4. Users must not request illegal or inappropriate services.
5. Tasker Responsibilities
5.1. Taskers must complete identity verification before accepting tasks.
5.2. Taskers must possess necessary skills and qualifications for tasks they accept.
5.3. Taskers must complete tasks professionally and on time.
5.4. Taskers are independent contractors, not employees of WorkNow.
6. Payments and Fees
6.1. All payments are processed through the WorkNow platform.
6.2. WorkNow charges a service fee on each transaction.
6.3. Users authorize WorkNow to charge their payment method for services.
6.4. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1. Users may cancel tasks according to the cancellation timeframes specified in the app.
7.2. Late cancellations may incur cancellation fees.
7.3. Taskers who repeatedly cancel accepted tasks may face account suspension.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
8.1. Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
8.2. Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
8.3. Provide false or misleading information.
8.4. Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees.
8.5. Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by WorkNow.
9.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. WorkNow is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
10.2. WorkNow does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of tasks or services.
10.3. Users and Taskers interact at their own risk.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through arbitration.
11.2. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
12. Termination
12.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
12.2. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
