Is WorkNow free to download?

Yes. The app is free to download on iOS and Android. You only pay for the tasks you request.

What can I get help with?

WorkNow covers everyday on-demand needs such as deliveries, errands, moving and lifting, cleaning, repairs, and many other local services. The available categories are shown in the app and grow as our community grows.

Which countries is WorkNow available in?

We are expanding market by market. The app shows the services and pricing relevant to your location once you sign in. If WorkNow is not active in your area yet, you can still create an account and we will let you know when we arrive.

Can I be both a Requester and a Tasker?

Yes. One account lets you request help and offer your services. You can switch between the two inside the app.

What languages does WorkNow support?

The app and this website are available in many languages. You can change the language from the menu at any time.

For Requesters

How do I request help?

Open the app, choose what you need, and describe the task. Depending on the service you can request help right away, post a job for Taskers to bid on, or hire a specific Tasker. WorkNow matches you with available, verified Taskers nearby.

How do I choose a Tasker?

You can review a Tasker's public profile, rating, and reviews before you confirm. For open jobs, you compare bids and pick the offer that works best for you.

Can I track my task?

Yes. For tasks that involve travel you can follow your Tasker live on the map inside the app, and you can chat with them at any time to share details or updates.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel from the app. Cancelling early is free. Once a Tasker is on the way or work has started, a cancellation may affect your account standing so that everyone's time is respected. The app always shows you the impact before you confirm.

For Taskers

How do I become a Tasker?

Open the app and start the "Become a Tasker" flow. You will add the skills and services you offer and complete a quick identity verification (a photo of your ID and a selfie). Verification keeps the community safe and trustworthy for everyone.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Taskers do, so that Requesters can hire with confidence. If you only request help, you simply need a verified phone number.

How do I get jobs?

Once verified, you can browse available jobs nearby, place bids, accept instant requests, and build your reputation through ratings and reviews. The more reliable you are, the more opportunities come your way.

How and when do I get paid?

Your earnings are tracked in your in-app wallet. Payout options and timing depend on your country and are shown in the app.

How does payment work?

Payments are handled securely inside the app. Prices are always shown up front before you confirm, including any service fees, so there are no surprises. WorkNow uses trusted payment providers to process transactions.

What fees does WorkNow charge?

WorkNow charges a small service fee that keeps the platform running, supports our team, and funds trust and safety. The exact amount is shown clearly before you confirm any task. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Card and payout details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on your device in plain form. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect your data.

How do you keep WorkNow safe?

Every Tasker completes identity verification before they can work. Ratings and reviews keep quality high, in-app chat keeps your contact details private, and our team reviews reports and disputes.

What is the minimum age to use WorkNow?

WorkNow is for adults aged 18 and over.

How do I report a problem?

You can report a user or a task directly from the app, or email us at support@worknowglobal.com. If you ever feel unsafe, contact your local emergency services first.

What happens if there is a dispute?

If something goes wrong with a task, reach out through the app or by email and our support team will help both sides reach a fair outcome.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to receive a secure reset email. If you still cannot get in, contact support@worknowglobal.com.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your name, photo, contact details, and the services you offer from your account settings in the app.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion at any time from your account settings, or follow the steps on our Account Deletion page. We explain exactly what is removed and what we are required to keep.
